Job Description

*Hiring: Area Officer (Facility Management) – Mumbai*

*What you’ll do:*

1. *Deploy staff:* Ensure 100% attendance, manage rosters, arrange relievers for absences.

2. *Open sites:* Get housekeepers, supervisors, operators to the right stations on time.

3. *Check quality:* Do daily audits for cleaning standards.

4. *Handle gear:* Oversee machines (single-disc, vacuum) and track chemicals.

5. *Liaise with clients:* Fix operational issues on site.

*You need:*

- 2+ years in facility/housekeeping ops

- Good knowledge of Mumbai geography

- Strong leadership, pressure-handling skills

- Own two-wheeler for travel
