We are looking for a dedicated Field Officer to expand our client base and represent our services with professionalism and integrity.

Position: Field Officer – Business Development

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:15 PM (6 hours working)

• Saturday & Sunday: Weekly Off

• Total Working Days: 22 days per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients such as private hospitals, schools, societies, apartments, and commercial establishments to promote security services.

• Achieve a minimum of 4 new client contracts per month.

• Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Understand client requirements and offer suitable security solutions (guards, PSOs, gunmen, bodyguards, etc.).

• Maintain proper records of visits, leads, and conversions.

• Represent Kavach Security with professionalism and reliability in all dealings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales / business development (experience in security services sector preferred).

• Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.

• Must own a bike with valid driving license for daily client visits.

• Strong convincing ability, target-oriented mindset, and self-motivated attitude.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary (as per company policy).

• Incentive: ₹2,000 per contract for every contract secured beyond the monthly minimum of 4 contracts. (Applicable from the date the contract is confirmed).

• Example:

  • 4 contracts = Fixed Salary only

  • 6 contracts = Fixed Salary + ₹4,000 incentive

  • 12 contracts = Fixed Salary + ₹16,000 incentive
