The Field Officer is responsible for managing and supervising security operations at various client sites. The role includes ensuring the proper deployment of security guards and supervisors, monitoring attendance, discipline, uniform, grooming and overall performance of security personnel. The Field Officer is required to conduct regular site visits, verify duty rosters and ensure that all security staff perform their assigned duties as per company and client requirements. The Field Officer will maintain regular coordination with clients, attend to operational issues and complaints, arrange replacement manpower in case of absenteeism, and report major incidents to the Operations Manager or Branch Manager. The position also involves maintaining site visit reports, attendance records, deployment details and other operational documents, supporting employee and statutory compliance requirements, coordinating with HR and Accounts departments, and assisting in new site mobilization. The Field Officer must be willing to travel to different client locations as required.
