Roles& responsibility
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead follow-up
Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Explain the features and benefits of various insurance policies (life, health, auto, home, commercial, etc.)
Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
Process policy applications and maintain accurate records
Follow up with clients on policy renewals, claims, and updates
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and new products
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus
Insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or willingness to obtain one
