We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Security Area Manager to oversee multiple client sites, ensure service quality, and lead security guard teams. The ideal candidate excels at customer relationship management, recruitment and deployment of guards, daily shift monitoring, conducting night rounds, and handling client issues diplomatically while training and developing staff.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Address client complaints and service issues with tact and timely resolution.
Conduct regular review meetings and share site performance updates.
Operations & Supervision
Plan, monitor, and verify daily shift rosters and attendance.
Conduct day and night rounds across assigned sites; submit visit reports.
Ensure SOPs, post orders, and site-specific instructions are followed.
Coordinate deployment, relievers, and emergency replacements to maintain 100% coverage.
Recruitment & Training
Source, screen, and recruit security guards and supervisors as per site needs.
Conduct induction and on-the-job training: grooming, discipline, access control, emergency response, and client-specific protocols.
Evaluate guard performance; coach, counsel, and take corrective actions.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies, client SLAs, and statutory norms.
Maintain documentation: duty rosters, incident logs, attendance, and training records.
Report incidents, near-misses, and security breaches; recommend preventive measures.
Asset & Risk Management
Verify functionality of security equipment (HHMD, CCTV, walkie-talkies, barriers).
Support incident response, evacuation drills, and basic first aid readiness.
Job Requirements
Education: 10th–12th pass (minimum).
Experience: 1–6 years in security operations, site supervision, or area management (manpower security industry preferred).
Skills:
Strong customer handling and communication; diplomatic and solution-oriented.
Shift planning, daily monitoring, and night round discipline.
Guard recruitment, onboarding, and training delivery.
Basic computer proficiency (WhatsApp/email reporting, Excel/Google Sheets).
Report writing and incident documentation.
Other:
Willingness to travel across sites; flexible for night rounds and emergencies.
Smartphone and two-wheeler preferred; valid driving license is an advantage.
