⭐ Job Role Overview

The Area Manager will oversee multiple client sites, ensure smooth security operations, manage manpower, maintain discipline, and deliver excellent client service.
This role requires strong leadership, field–management, communication skills, and the ability to solve on-ground issues quickly.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management & Supervision

• Daily monitoring of assigned client sites

• Ensure guards are present, disciplined, and properly uniformed

• Conduct surprise checks & night rounds

• Resolve on-ground issues immediately

2. Client Relationship & Communication

• Maintain regular contact with clients

• Address complaints professionally & promptly

• Provide daily/weekly updates

• Attend client meetings for performance review

3. Manpower Control & Deployment

• Manage guard deployment across locations

• Arrange replacements during absenteeism

• Conduct interviews & support recruitment

• Maintain discipline, grooming & behaviour standards

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Daily incident reports

• Attendance & duty roster management

• Monthly performance reports for management

5. Training & Development

• Conduct guard training on:

  • Access control

  • Emergency response

  • Fire safety

  • Behavioural etiquette

• Ensure guards follow SOPs & company guidelines

🧳 Required Qualifications

• Experience in security field operations / facility management / manpower management will be preferred.

• Experience in handling multiple sites preferred

• Strong communication & client-handling skills

• Ability to lead a team of guards & supervisors

• Should know local Mumbai locations & routes

• Ready for field duty & travel across sites

• Physically fit & disciplined
