1. Retail Operations Management (45%)
a. Manage the entire retail operations for the brand including the retail stores, online stores and stocking units w.r.t on-premise sales, online sales, inventory, ordering, etc.
b. Manage the entire operations team at all these stores including training for all store staff and crew
c. Work in collaboration work with factory, suppliers, vendor and manufacturing operations for product delivery, issues, quality etc.
d. Customer Satisfaction Management.
2. Online Sales Platform Management (25%)
a. Manage online food platforms like Zomato & Swiggy, wrt inventory, uptime, customer reviews, menu additions, etc.
b. Manage fulfilment, stocking and SOPs at all the distribution centers
3. Training (20%)
a. Preparing Training Content and Manuals
b. Training all staff at multiple locations
4. Local Area Marketing (10%)
a. Together with design and advertising teams develop and execute, monitor and achieve local marketing objectives to increase footfalls and sales at the retail outlets., including influencer visits, social media posts, etc.
