Agency Manager Position

The Agency Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of agents, ensuring business goals are met through effective leadership, recruitment, training, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

 Recruit, train, and mentor a team of agents/advisors.

 Set and monitor performance goals for the agency team.

 Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and sales.

 Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

 Prepare regular performance reports for upper management.

 Coordinate marketing and promotional campaigns at the local level.

Key Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 Proven leadership experience, preferably in sales or agency management.

 Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.  Strategic thinking with problem-solving abilities.

 Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
