We are currently looking to hire for the following roles:

• 
  

• 1. Online Tutor / Educator 

• Role Overview: Responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive live classes to students on the G-SOFT platform.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live online sessions using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or the G-SOFT Portal.

• Simplify complex concepts to ensure student clarity and engagement.

• Prepare and grade online assessments to monitor student progress.

• Address student queries in real-time and provide personalized academic guidance.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or the specific subject of expertise.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a stable internet connection.

• Comfort with digital teaching tools like virtual whiteboards. Indeed 

Revenue Share Model: 20%–30% of the fees from students.

• 2. Academic Content Writer

• Role Overview: Develops original, exam-oriented e-learning materials and curriculum for G-SOFT.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Create 100% plagiarism-free lessons, summaries, and practice questions.

• Conduct in-depth research to ensure all content is factually accurate.

• Review and update existing course materials to meet the latest educational standards.

• Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or a relevant academic field.

• Strong command of grammar and ability to write in an engaging, scientific tone.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SEO best practices. 

Salary : ₹ 10000-₹15,000

• 3. Business Development Associate (Santhal Pargana)

• Role Overview: Focuses on regional outreach to expand G-SOFT’s user base within the Santhal Pargana districts (Dumka, Deoghar, etc.).

• Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through local networking and digital outreach.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective students or institutions.

• Maintain strong client relationships and manage lead records in a CRM.

• Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Preference for candidates with local knowledge of the Santhal Pargana geographic area.

• Willingness to meet monthly outreach and enrollment targets. 

Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

• 4. Technical Support Executive

• Role Overview: Provides technical assistance to students and staff to ensure a seamless experience on the G-SOFT platform.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve software, login, or connectivity issues reported by users.

• Assist users with platform navigation and software installations.

• Document all technical cases and escalate unresolved issues to the developer team.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of computer networks and operating systems (Windows/macOS).

• Strong problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with non-technical users.

• Prior experience in a tech support or help desk role is a plus. 

• Salary : ₹15,000 per month.

Project Details:

• Location: Primarily remote or based within Santhal Pargana (Dumka, Deoghar, Godda, Jamtara, Pakur & Sahibganj).

• Target Candidates: Individuals with a strong background in education, technology, or sales, preferably with local linguistic and geographic knowledge of the region.
