Key Responsibilities
● Counsel parents and students on suitable academic programs based on learning
needs and goals.
● Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain courses, curriculum structure, and
learning outcomes.
● Guide parents through the enrollment process and convert qualified leads into
successful enrollments.
● Build trust and maintain strong relationships with parents through clear,
empathetic communication.
● Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate subjects,
programs, and session plans.
● Address parent queries related to curriculum, class structure, pricing, and
scheduling.
● Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
of enrolled students.
● Maintain accurate records of counseling discussions, follow-ups, and enrollment
status.
● Meet individual and team targets related to enrollments, conversions, and
revenue.
● Stay updated on Connect2Learn’s offerings, teaching methodology, and
academic standards.
● Handle domestic and international parent interactions (US / UK / AUS / ANZ), as
per assigned shifts.
● Ensure a positive parent experience throughout the counseling and enrollment
journey.
