Job Responsibilities:Cutting & stitching of high-quality garments (men & women wear)Create patterns for new designs (paper & fabric)Guide junior tailors & helpersQuality check of stitching, fitting & finishingHandle sample development for new productsMaintain production speed & accuracySuggest improvements in designs and fitEnsure fabric usage optimization & reduce wastage---Experience Required:3–10 years in garment stitching & pattern makingExperience with silk, satin, polyester fabrics preferredMust know industrial machines (overlock, flatlock, interlock, etc.)---Skills Required:Strong knowledge of garment constructionAbility to make patterns from measurementsExpertise in women’s nightwear, loungewear, shirts, trousers, etc.Good finishing and neat stitching
