🔑 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• सिलाई और निर्माण:

  • ग्राहकों की विशिष्ट आवश्यकताओं और बुटीक के डिज़ाइन मानकों के अनुसार विभिन्न प्रकार के कपड़ों (जैसे कि पारंपरिक, पश्चिमी, और इंडो-वेस्टर्न) की उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली सिलाई करना।

  • ड्रेप, कटिंग, और सिलाई की आधुनिक और पारंपरिक तकनीकों का उपयोग करके जटिल और बारीक़ डिज़ाइनों को वास्तविकता में बदलना।

  • कपड़े के प्रकार, पैटर्न और ग्राहक की फिटिंग आवश्यकताओं के आधार पर कपड़े की कटिंग (Cutting) और लेआउट (Layout) में सटीकता बनाए रखना।

• फिटिंग और परिवर्तन (Alterations):

  • ग्राहकों से मिलकर उनकी फिटिंग की ज़रूरतों को समझना और माप लेना।

  • परिधानों को ग्राहक की संतुष्टि के अनुसार पूरी तरह से फिट करने के लिए आवश्यक बदलाव (Alterations) करना।

  • पहली फिटिंग और अंतिम डिलीवरी के बीच गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण (Quality Control) सुनिश्चित करना।

• सामग्री प्रबंधन:

  • उपकरणों, सिलाई मशीनों और कार्यक्षेत्र को साफ-सुथरा और व्यवस्थित रखना।

  • आवश्यक कच्चे माल (धागे, बटन, ज़िपर, लाइनिंग) की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने में सहायता करना।

  • कपड़ों को सावधानी से संभालना और किसी भी बर्बादी को कम करना।

• ग्राहक सेवा और संचार:

  • फिटिंग के दौरान ग्राहकों के साथ विनम्र और व्यावसायिक तरीके से संवाद करना।

  • डिज़ाइन और फैब्रिक के बारे में ग्राहकों को रचनात्मक सुझाव देना, यदि आवश्यक हो।

  • दिए गए समय-सीमा के भीतर काम पूरा करने के लिए बुटीक मैनेजर के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करना।
