कार्य का विवरण:

हम अपने होम फ़र्निशिंग प्रोडक्शन टीम के लिए एक अनुभवी और कुशल टेलर (दरज़ी) की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो सोफ़ा कवर, कुशन कवर और परदे को माप के अनुसार काटने और सिलने का काम कर सके। उम्मीदवार को विभिन्न प्रकार के कपड़ों के साथ काम करने और डिज़ाइन या माप के अनुसार सटीक रूप से सिलाई करने का अनुभव होना चाहिए।

मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

• दिए गए माप और पैटर्न के अनुसार कपड़ा काटना।

• सोफ़ा कवर, कुशन कवर और परदे की सिलाई करना, साफ-सुथरे और सुंदर फिनिश के साथ।

• डिज़ाइन और पैटर्न के अनुसार फिटिंग, सिमेट्री और फिनिशिंग का ध्यान रखना।

• कॉटन, वेलवेट, जैक्वार्ड, चेनिल, पॉलिएस्टर जैसे विभिन्न कपड़ों पर काम करने की क्षमता।

• इंडस्ट्रियल सिलाई मशीन और ओवरलॉक मशीन को सही तरीके से चलाना और मेंटेन करना।

• हर तैयार प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी चेकिंग करना।

• फैब्रिक वेस्टेज (wastage) को कम से कम रखना और इस्तेमाल किए गए कपड़े का हिसाब रखना।

• उत्पादन टीम के साथ मिलकर ऑर्डर समय पर पूरा करना।

• वर्कस्पेस को साफ-सुथरा और व्यवस्थित रखना।

योग्यता और कौशल:

• 2 से 5 साल का अनुभव टेलरिंग में, विशेष रूप से होम फ़र्निशिंग (सोफ़ा कवर, कुशन कवर, परदे) में।

• कपड़ा काटने और सिलाई की अच्छी समझ।

• माप और पैटर्न को सही से समझने और लागू करने की क्षमता।

• सिलाई मशीन चलाने में दक्षता।

• फिनिशिंग, प्लीटिंग, पाइपिंग और टैसल लगाने का अनुभव।

• काम में साफ-सुथरापन, ध्यान और गुणवत्ता की समझ।

• टीम के साथ या अकेले काम करने की क्षमता।

वांछनीय अनुभव:

• सोफ़ा कवर या पर्दे की मैन्युफैक्चरिंग यूनिट में काम का अनुभव।

• कस्टम साइज़ और डिज़ाइन (जैसे 3-सीटर, L-शेप, 5-सीटर) के अनुसार काम करने का अनुभव।

• डेकोरेटिव स्टिचिंग, पाइपिंग और पैटर्न मैचिंग का ज्ञान।

• We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our home furnishing production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cutting and stitching sofa covers, cushion covers, and curtains with precision and quality finishing. The tailor should be able to work with various types of fabrics and follow given measurements or patterns accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut fabrics according to custom measurements, patterns, and designs provided.

• Stitch sofa covers, cushion covers, and curtains with professional finishing and neatness.

• Ensure accurate fitting, symmetry, and alignment of patterns and designs.

• Handle different types of fabrics such as cotton, velvet, jacquard, chenille, and polyester blends.

• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, overlock machines, and other tailoring tools.

• Check quality control for each finished piece before dispatch.

• Follow design specifications and collaborate with the production and design team to meet order timelines.

• Ensure minimum fabric wastage during cutting and maintain proper record of material usage.

• Perform minor machine maintenance and keep the workspace organized and clean.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tailoring for home furnishing products.

• Strong knowledge of fabric cutting, measuring, and stitching techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret design measurements or patterns.

• Skilled in using manual and automatic sewing machines.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

• Basic understanding of finishing techniques like hemming, pleating, and attaching tassels or trims.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in sofa cover or curtain manufacturing units.

• Understanding of custom orders and size variations (e.g., 3-seater, L-shape, 5-seater sofas).

• Experience with decorative stitching, piping, and pattern alignment.
