🧵 इंडस्ट्रियल टेलर – जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन

पद: Industrial Tailor / इंडस्ट्रियल टेलर
स्थान: Noida sector 80
विभाग: गारमेंट मैन्युफैक्चरिंग / प्रोडक्शन
काम का प्रकार: फुल टाइम

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

इंडस्ट्रियल सिलाई मशीन पर दिए गए गारमेंट/ऑपरेशन को सही तरीके से स्टिच करना।
प्रोडक्शन सैंपल और टेक-पैक के अनुसार सिलाई की क्वालिटी और फिनिश बनाए रखना।
कटिंग से प्राप्त कपड़े के पार्ट्स को सही तरीके से मिलाकर स्टिच करना।
सिलाई की स्पीड और क्वालिटी दोनों बनाए रखना।
हर ऑपरेशन के लिए निर्धारित Hourly Production Target को पूरा करना।
मशीन की बेसिक सेटिंग, धागा लगाना और सामान्य छोटी-मोटी समस्या को समझना।
सिलाई के दौरान Thread Tension, Stitch Density और Seam Quality पर ध्यान देना।
तैयार पीस में सिलाई की गलती, खुली सिलाई, Skip Stitch, Uneven Stitch आदि की जांच करना।
जरूरत पड़ने पर Thread Cutting और Basic Finishing करना।
Production Supervisor द्वारा दिए गए ऑपरेशन और टारगेट के अनुसार लगातार उत्पादन करना।
मशीन और अपने वर्कस्टेशन को साफ एवं व्यवस्थित रखना।
खराबी या क्वालिटी इश्यू होने पर तुरंत Supervisor/Production In-charge को बताना।

🎯 अनिवार्य Production Skill

Hourly Target Completion – अनिवार्य

उम्मीदवार को दिए गए ऑपरेशन के लिए निर्धारित प्रति घंटे के प्रोडक्शन टारगेट को नियमित रूप से पूरा करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।

उदाहरण:

Hourly Target: 40–60 Pieces/Hour
(ऑपरेशन और गारमेंट की कठिनाई के अनुसार टारगेट अलग हो सकता है।)

केवल तेज काम करना पर्याप्त नहीं है — Target + Quality दोनों maintain करना अनिवार्य है।
