• Maintain quality standards in stitching, finishing, and overall garment appearance.

• Suggest improvements in design, fit, and stitching techniques.

• Ensure timely completion of orders and production deadlines.

• Handle and maintain sewing machines, tools, and materials efficiently.

• Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and production heads to deliver final products.
