Job Description

हम अपनी टीम में एक दर्जी (Tailor) की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो बाजार के रुझानों और ब्रांड की पहचान के अनुसार परिधान और कलेक्शन डिज़ाइन कर सके। यह एक रचनात्मक भूमिका है, जिसमें नए डिज़ाइनों की योजना बनाना, उन्हें विकसित करना और हाथ से या कंप्यूटर की सहायता से तैयार करना शामिल है। इस पद पर ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 प्रतिमाह (इन-हैंड सैलरी) दी जाएगी तथा नवीन फैशन प्रोजेक्ट्स पर काम करने का अवसर मिलेगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

डिज़ाइन कॉन्सेप्ट, स्केच और पैटर्न तैयार करना।
वर्तमान फैशन ट्रेंड, कपड़ों (फैब्रिक्स) और ग्राहकों की पसंद पर शोध करना।
सैंपल तैयार करने के लिए प्रोडक्शन टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
फिटिंग, संशोधन (रिवीजन) और अंतिम स्वीकृति में सहयोग करना।
डिज़ाइन से संबंधित दस्तावेज़ और मूड बोर्ड बनाए रखना।
कंप्यूटर एडेड डिज़ाइनिंग (CAD) टूल्स का ज्ञान होना।

नौकरी के लिए आवश्यकताएँ:

न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं से कम।
2 से 6+ वर्षों का अनुभव।
फैब्रिक्स की अच्छी समझ, डिज़ाइन सॉफ्टवेयर (जैसे Illustrator) का ज्ञान और रचनात्मकता आवश्यक है।
कढ़ाई (Embroidery), सिलाई (Stitching) और CAD (वैकल्पिक) का कौशल भी महत्वपूर्ण है।
