Tailor

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly cut fabrics of all types (cotton, polyester, wool, blends, etc.) as per given patterns or measurements

• Ensure precision in fabric cutting to minimize wastage and maintain consistency

• Handle both manual and machine-based cutting tools with skill and care

• Understand design specifications and translate them into practical cutting and tailoring

• If capable, create garment patterns from measurements or samples — a strong plus

• Supervise and guide junior tailors or helpers when required

• Work closely with production and QC teams to ensure quality and timelines are met

• सभी प्रकार के कपड़ों (कॉटन, पॉलिएस्टर, ऊन, मिश्रित आदि) को दिए गए पैटर्न या माप के अनुसार कुशलता से काटना

• कपड़े की कटिंग में सटीकता बनाए रखना ताकि वेस्टेज कम हो और गुणवत्ता में एकरूपता बनी रहे

• मैन्युअल और मशीन-आधारित कटिंग टूल्स का दक्षता से उपयोग करना

• डिज़ाइन स्पेसिफिकेशन को समझकर उसे कटिंग और सिलाई के प्रैक्टिकल फॉर्म में बदलना

• यदि सक्षम हों, तो माप या नमूने के आधार पर गारमेंट के पैटर्न बनाना — यह एक अतिरिक्त योग्यता मानी जाएगी

• जूनियर टेलर्स या हेल्पर्स को मार्गदर्शन देना और उनकी निगरानी करना

• प्रोडक्शन और क्वालिटी कंट्रोल टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना ताकि गुणवत्ता और समयसीमा सुनिश्चित की जा सके
