Job Description

We are seeking a skilled tailor or silai karigar to join our team at Kinetic Innovations LLP, where we specialize in crafting high-quality soft toys. The ideal candidate will have experience in sewing and stitching, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautifully finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

Create design concepts, sketches and patterns.
Research current trends, fabrics and customer preferences.
Coordinate with production teams for sample creation.
Assist in fittings, revisions and final approval of garments.
Maintain design documentation and mood boards.
Have knowledge about computer aided designing tools.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role isbelow 10thand1 - 2 years of experience. Strong knowledge of fabrics, design software (like Illustrator) and creativity is essential. Besides this, skills like Embroidery, Stitching, CAD (Optional) are also important.
