Production Executive

Job Summary

The Production Handling Executive is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the end-to-end production process of customized designer blouses, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and smooth workflow between customers, designers, embroidery teams, tailors, and dispatch departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production schedules.

• Coordinate with embroidery, stitching, finishing, and quality control teams.

• Track customer orders and ensure production deadlines are met.

• Maintain production records, work orders, and status reports.

• Allocate jobs to production staff based on workload and priorities.

• Follow up on pending orders and resolve production bottlenecks.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage of production.

• Coordinate with inventory/store teams for fabric, accessories, and materials availability.

• Communicate production updates to customer service and management teams.

• Assist in dispatch planning to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Good communication and team-handling abilities.

• Knowledge of garment, boutique, tailoring, or textile production processes.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP/software entry, reporting).

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Any Degree / Diploma (Textile, Fashion Technology, Commerce, or related fields preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in garment production, boutique operations, textile manufacturing, or production coordination.

• Freshers with strong coordination skills may also be considered.
