Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Cutting Master for a Women's Wear fashion brand. We are looking for a skilled candidate who can handle grading, cutting, and fabric management efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Cutting: Must be able to cut all types of fabrics (Cotton, Rayon, Georgette, etc.) with high precision.

Grading: Ability to grade patterns for different sizes is mandatory.

Fabric Saving: Must plan markers efficiently to minimize fabric wastage (High priority).

Teamwork: Work closely with the stitching team to ensure the final fit is perfect.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Cutting Master.

Expertise in Women's Western/Ethnic wear.

Must be disciplined and punctual.

Work Details:

Schedule: 6 Days a week (Monday - Saturday).

Overtime: Sunday/7th day work will be paid as extra Overtime (OT).
