Job Title: Ladies Tailor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ladies Tailor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, altering, and repairing women’s garments according to client specifications and design requirements. T

Key Responsibilities

Consultation & Measurement: Meet with clients to discuss design preferences, fabric choices, and style options. Take accurate physical measurements to ensure precise sizing.
Pattern Making & Cutting: Draft, modify, or lay out patterns onto fabric. Safely and accurately cut fabric pieces according to the chosen design and measurements.
Sewing & Assembly: Assemble garments using industrial or domestic sewing machines, as well as executing precise hand-stitching where required.
Alterations & Fittings: Conduct fittings with clients to assess the hang and fit of the garment. Perform necessary adjustments, such as taking in seams, shortening hems, or modifying necklines.
Repairs & Enhancements: Repair damaged clothing (e.g., replacing broken zippers, fixing torn seams, sewing on lost buttons) and add embellishments like embroidery, lace, or beading as requested.
Quality Control: Inspect finished garments for loose threads, uneven stitches, or fitting flaws before presenting them to the client.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a ladies' tailor, dressmaker, or seamstress specializing in women's apparel (e.g., dresses, blouses, skirts, traditional wear, or evening gowns).
