Job Description for a Feiyue multi-needle computerized embroidery machine operator

Key Responsibilities:

Operation: Load design files (from USB), set up hoops, center fabric, start and monitor machine operation at high speeds (up to 1200+ SPM).
Color Management: Manage multiple threads for automatic color changes on complex designs.
Quality Control: Watch for errors, thread breaks (machine stops automatically), and pre-sew design traces for accuracy.
Versatility: Switch between flat embroidery (garments) and cap frames, handling diverse materials like leather, canvas, silk, and finished goods.
Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning, troubleshooting, and ensure minimal downtime.
Finishing: Remove completed items, separate fabric from hoops, and trim loose threads
