MehZ Fashions,(https://mehzfashions.com), is developing garments using biodegradable textiles across multiple fashion and lifestyle categories, including ethnic suits, blazers, blouses, ready-to-fit sarees, innerwear, swimwear and other apparel.
The Garment Fit & Product Testing Associate will play an important role in the product development process by participating in controlled trial fitting and wear-testing sessions for prototype and pre-production garments.
The purpose of the role is to help the design team identify issues related to fit, comfort, movement, construction, fabric feel and wearability before garments proceed to bulk production.
The role is particularly important because MehZ Fashions aims to develop garments that are not only visually appealing but also comfortable, functional and suitable for real-world use.

Shoulder and neckline fit
Sleeve and armhole comfort
Waist, hip and bust fit where applicable

Heat retention
Moisture or sweat management
Irritation or discomfort
Restriction of movement

Overall wearability
Feedback should be based on actual wearing experience rather than personal aesthetic preference alone.
4. Movement Testing
Where applicable, perform normal movements required for evaluating the garment, such as:
Sitting
Standing
Walking
Bending
Stretching
Raising and moving arms
Normal daily movements relevant to the garment category
For applicable products such as swimwear, innerwear and fitted garments, additional movement tests may be conducted according to the approved internal testing protocol.

Clearly document problems experienced during the testing period.
Rate fit, comfort and usability according to the prescribed scoring system.
Provide specific comments rather than general observations.

Participate in fitting review sessions with designers, pattern makers and product developers.
Explain fitting issues clearly and objectively.
Assist the team in identifying areas requiring alteration.
Participate in subsequent trial fittings after modifications are made.
Compare revised garments against earlier versions and provide feedback on whether the issue has been resolved.
7. Product Development Support
Assist the design team during prototype development.
Help establish practical fit standards for different garment categories.
Provide feedback that can contribute to size, pattern and construction improvements.
Maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased designs, prototypes, fabrics and product concepts.
