Job Overview

Pitambra Film & Production is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Stylist to develop and manage the overall fashion and styling for artists, models, actors, photoshoots, music videos, advertisements, and other production projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion, current trends, colors, fabrics, and visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop styling concepts according to the theme, character, project, and creative brief.

• Select outfits, accessories, footwear, and other styling elements for artists and models.

• Coordinate with directors, photographers, makeup artists, hair stylists, and production teams.

• Source and arrange costumes and accessories from designers, brands, boutiques, and rental vendors.

• Create mood boards, look books, and styling references for projects.

• Ensure outfits are properly fitted, prepared, steamed, and ready before shoots.

• Manage wardrobe changes and styling continuity during production.

• Maintain records of costumes, accessories, rentals, purchases, and returns.

• Stay updated with current fashion trends, celebrity styling, social media trends, and industry developments.

• Work within the approved styling budget and maintain cost efficiency.

• Handle last-minute styling requirements and solve wardrobe-related issues during shoots.

• Ensure the artist's overall appearance matches the project's creative vision.

• Maintain proper care and safe handling of all costumes and accessories.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of fashion, styling, colors, fabrics, and trends.

• Excellent creativity and visual sense.

• Good understanding of body types and outfit coordination.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and shooting schedules.

• Good vendor and brand coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.

• Knowledge of fashion brands, designers, and styling resources is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Fashion Designing, Fashion Styling, Apparel Design, or a related field preferred.

• Relevant experience in fashion styling, film production, modeling, photography, advertising, or entertainment will be an advantage.

• Freshers with strong styling skills and a good portfolio may also be considered.
