🏷️ Job Title: Export Merchandiser

📌 Key Responsibilities:
1. Buyer Handling:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international buyers.
Understand buyer requirements, tech packs, comments, and ensure clear communication with internal teams.
2. Sampling & Approvals:
Coordinate and manage Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP, and Shipment samples.
Ensure timely submissions and follow up on approvals (fabric, trims, print, embroidery, lab dips, etc.).
3. Costing & Order Confirmation:
Prepare product costing sheets and negotiate with vendors for trims and fabrics.
Confirm order quantity, delivery schedule, and terms with the buyer.
4. Time & Action (TNA) Management:
Create and maintain TNA for all styles and buyers.
Monitor progress of sourcing, production, and finishing to ensure on-time deliveries.
5. Production Coordination:
Work closely with production, quality, and store departments to execute orders efficiently.
Track fabric in-house, trims availability, and production output regularly.
6. Quality & Inspection Support:
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inline, midline, and final inspections.
Ensure buyer’s quality standards and AQL requirements are met.
7. Logistics & Documentation:
Coordinate with documentation/logistics teams for invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
Ensure timely dispatches with all buyer compliance requirements.
📌Salary Range: ₹35k to 40K negotiable per month (Based on skill & experience)
