Fashion Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management:

• Understand buyer requirements and ensure accurate execution of orders.

• Maintain communication with buyers regarding order status, approvals, and updates.

• Coordinate sample development, approvals (fabric, trims, lab dips), and pre-production samples (PPS).

2. Production Coordination:

• Plan and monitor the production schedule to ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate with the production, quality, and sourcing teams to track progress.

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials (fabrics, trims, accessories).

3. Communication & Coordination:

• Act as a communication bridge between the buyer and production units.

• Regularly update internal teams and clients on order status.

• Attend buyer meetings and participate in internal production meetings.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Work closely with the quality team to ensure product standards are met.

• Follow up on inspection schedules (Inline and Final Inspections).

• Address and resolve quality or production issues promptly.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain order files, approvals, shipment records, and production reports.

• Prepare time and action (TNA) calendars and update them regularly.

• Assist in costing, production planning, and shipment follow-up.
