Job Description

Assistant Merchandiser – Panoramic Sourcing

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our team at Panoramic Sourcing.

The candidate will assist the merchandising team in handling product development, buyer communication, sampling, follow-ups with suppliers, and day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in product development and sampling.
Coordinate with suppliers and factories for samples, pricing and production.
Maintain product details, costing and order information in Excel.
Assist with buyer communication and email correspondence.
Prepare presentations and product information using PowerPoint (PPT).
Follow up on samples, approvals, production and deliveries.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Support the merchandising team in day-to-day activities.

Requirements

Position: Assistant Merchandiser
Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month in hand
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email and basic computer applications.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Should be organized, responsible and willing to learn.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Freshers with a good attitude and relevant knowledge may also apply.
