Job Description

• Handle complete lifecycle of corporate orders from inquiry to delivery.

• Coordinate development and approval of samples.

• Manage sourcing of fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Follow up with production teams to ensure timely execution.

• Coordinate with clients regarding order status, approvals, and deliveries.

• Ensure product quality, branding, and packaging meet client requirements.

• Monitor dispatch schedules and delivery timelines.

• Maintain order trackers, costing sheets, and MIS reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or related field.

• 2–5 years of merchandising experience, preferably in apparel manufacturing.

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
