Fashion Merchandiser

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team ASG FASHION. The role involves assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Planning & Forecasting:

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer demand to forecast product requirements.

  • Plan product ranges and stock levels based on seasonal factors and business strategy.

• Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.

  • Reduce overstock and understock situations through efficient planning.

• Vendor & Supplier Coordination:

  • Liaise with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and quality assurance.

  • Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and promotional support.

• Visual Merchandising:

  • Ensure attractive and strategic product placement in stores to drive sales.

  • Coordinate with visual merchandisers and store teams to implement planograms.

• Sales & Performance Analysis:

  • Track product performance, analyze sales data, and create regular reports.

  • Recommend changes in pricing, stock, or display strategies based on analytics.

• Promotional Planning:

  • Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with buying, marketing, logistics, and retail teams to ensure smooth operations and goal alignment.
