Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Fashion Designer who can also efficiently manage the front office operations of our boutique located in the heart of Pathanamthitta, near the KSRTC Bus Stand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves fashion and enjoys interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Fashion Designer:

• Design ethnic and contemporary wear based on market trends and customer preferences.

• Customize garments according to client measurements and requirements.

• Supervise tailoring staff and ensure quality in stitching and finishing.

• Source and select fabrics, embellishments, and accessories.

As a Front Office Executive:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers warmly.

• Handle customer queries and manage appointments.

• Maintain records of orders, sales, and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with tailors and ensure timely delivery of garments.

• Manage basic administrative and boutique operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design or relevant field.

• Prior experience in fashion design or boutique management preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage client relationships.

• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
