Fashion designer

We are a growing export-oriented company specializing in handmade beaded bags, leather bags, beach bags, digital printed kaftans, resort wear, gowns, scarves, and custom apparel. We work with brands across the USA, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer who can contribute fresh ideas, create trend-focused designs, and support our production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design collections for bags, clothing, and accessories as per seasonal trends.

• Create sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, color palettes, and detailed design sheets.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately.

• Develop digital prints, embroidery layouts, and beaded work placement designs.

• Research global fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and color stories.

• Coordinate with sampling teams to create prototypes and ensure quality and finish.

• Communicate with international buyers and adapt designs based on their requirements.

• Maintain an organized library of designs, patterns, and tech packs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.

• Understanding of fabrics, embroideries, beadwork, patterns, garment construction, and finishing.

• Ability to create export-quality designs tailored to different markets.

• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing bags, accessories, ethnic wear, resort wear, or western fashion is a plus.

• Understanding of trends in USA, Europe, and Middle Eastern markets.

• Experience in export manufacturing is an added advantage.
