Texinvento Fashion Exports is a fast-growing export house specializing in handmade beaded bags, leather bags, beach bags, resort wear, kaftans, scarves, gowns, and accessories. We work closely with international buyers across the USA, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East, while also maintaining a strong presence on Indian marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, JioMart, Flipkart, and Meesho. We are looking for a creative Fashion Designer who can blend innovation with market trends to design products that resonate globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Research upcoming fashion trends, colors, and materials to conceptualize fresh and innovative designs.

• Design collections for bags, garments, and accessories tailored for international and domestic markets.

• Create detailed sketches, CADs, and mood boards.

• Work with the sampling and embroidery teams to turn concepts into physical samples.

• Innovate with hand embroidery, beadwork, sequins, prints, and sustainable fabrics.

• Assist in buyer presentations, exhibitions, and product development discussions.

• Collaborate with merchandisers and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely execution.

• Maintain design archives and monitor the success of past collections.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).

• Proficiency in design software: CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop (preferred).

• Strong understanding of embroidery, beadwork, and bag/garment construction.

• Creativity with commercial awareness of global and domestic fashion markets.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
