Job Description

Research and analyze current fashion trends, market demands, and competitor products.
Develop creative design concepts for casual wear, Indo-western, and ethnic garments.
Create sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.
Work closely with merchandising and sampling teams for product development.
Prepare tech packs including specifications, measurements, fabrics, trims, and construction details.
Select fabrics, colors, prints, embroidery, and accessories.
Coordinate with vendors and production teams for sampling and bulk production.
Review samples and ensure design accuracy, quality, and fit.
Make necessary design modifications based on feedback.
Ensure timely delivery of collections as per production timelines.
