STAR Collections is looking for a talented and passionate Fashion Designer who can independently manage boutique operations and customer handling.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge in ladies fashion designing

• Experience in blouse designing, bridal wear, and customized stitching

• Ability to create trendy and unique boutique collections

• Knowledge of fabrics, color combinations, measurements, and fitting

• Ability to guide tailors and monitor stitching quality

• Boutique management and daily operations handling

• Customer interaction and design consultation skills

• Basic knowledge of embroidery and pattern making

• Ability to manage orders, delivery schedules, and staff coordination

• Social media or online sales knowledge is an added advantage

• Creative thinking with fashion trend awareness

• Good communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Handle complete boutique management

• Discuss and finalize designs with customers

• Coordinate with tailoring and embroidery staff

• Ensure timely delivery and quality finishing

• Introduce new fashion trends and collections

• Support sales growth and customer satisfaction

Preferred Candidate

• Minimum 2+ years experience in boutique/fashion field

• Passionate about ladies fashion and customer service

• Responsible, creative, and self-motivated

• It is a Full Time Fashion Designer job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
