The candidate will be responsible for punching embroidery designs and creating CAD files as per the images or cuttings submitted by customers. The role requires high accuracy in embroidery punching to ensure designs are precise and production-ready. Proficiency in Wilcom software (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:
 Punch embroidery designs accurately as per customer requirements.
 Create CADs from images, sketches, or physical cuttings provided.
 Ensure embroidery punching quality and stitch accuracy.
 Coordinate with the design and production team for approvals and corrections.
 Maintain design files and records for reference and production use.

Qualifications & Skills:
 Proven experience in embroidery punching and CAD creation.
 Proficiency in Wilcom software (mandatory).
 Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
 Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into workable CADs.
 Good communication and teamwork skills.
