🌸 Hiring: Fashion Merchandiser & Product Development Executive

📍 Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi

Gulbhahar is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser & Product Development Executive who can manage product development from concept to creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabric sourcing and material selection

• Understanding different fabrics, embroideries, trims, laces, and embellishments

• Creating and explaining design concepts to tailors, masters, and artisans

• Sketching and product development coordination

• Managing inventory of fabrics, accessories, and finished products

• Market research for new trends, colors, and design inspirations

• Coordinating with embroidery units, dyeing units, and vendors

• Visiting local markets to source fabrics, trims, and production materials

• Ensuring quality control during production

• Maintaining product specifications and costing sheets

• Assisting in collection planning and seasonal launches

Preferred Skills:

✔️ Knowledge of ethnic wear, suits, sarees, juttis, and handbags

✔️ Good understanding of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and garment construction

✔️ Ability to sketch and visualize designs

✔️ Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

✔️ Knowledge of inventory management

✔️ Fashion merchandising or design background preferred

✔️ Self-driven and willing to travel locally for sourcing
