Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of our women’s kurti collections. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, deep knowledge of ethnic wear trends, and the ability to manage designs from concept to final production.

Key Responsibilities

Design innovative and trend-driven kurti collections (daily wear & party wear)
Research market trends, fabrics, colors, and customer preferences
Develop seasonal collections and new design concepts
Create sketches, tech packs, and design specifications
Work closely with production, sampling, and merchandising teams
Select fabrics, prints, embroidery styles, and trims
Supervise sample development and ensure quality standards
Maintain brand identity and consistency across all collections
Collaborate with marketing team for photoshoots and product presentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
3-4 years of experience in women’s ethnic wear (kurti preferred)
Strong knowledge of fabrics, prints, embroidery, and garment construction
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Good understanding of market trends and customer behavior
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
