Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fashion Designer specializing in Lingerie and Activewear. The ideal candidate should understand fashion trends, technical garment construction, and emerging fabric innovations. You’ll work with our sourcing and production teams to deliver designs that balance aesthetics, comfort, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop seasonal collections for lingerie and athleisure lines.

• Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for sampling and production.

• Research market trends, competitor products, and emerging materials.

• Collaborate with fabric, trim, and accessory vendors for development.

• Oversee fit trials and make technical adjustments for best comfort and silhouette.

• Partner with merchandising and marketing to align design concepts with brand direction.

• Ensure timely handover of design deliverables from concept to final sample.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.

• 1–5 years of design experience, preferably with established lingerie or activewear brands.

• Strong sense of color, fit, and functional aesthetics.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD applications.

• Good understanding of garment construction, stretch fabrics, and performance materials.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative design environment.

• It is a Full Time Fashion Designer job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
