- Plan, develop and create new designs manually or using computer
- Give innovative display and merchandising ideas for clients
- Have knowledge about computer aided designing tools

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop original clothing designs aligned with seasonal trends and brand identity
• Create detailed tech packs, illustrations, and specifications for sampling and production
• Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and production teams
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, trims, colors, and techniques
• Participate in fittings, make necessary adjustments, and ensure design feasibility
• Source materials and oversee development of prototypes and final collections
• Maintain awareness of current fashion market and competitor activity

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or related field
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CLO 3D etc.)
• Strong sense of color, fabric, silhouette, and garment construction
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and trend sensitivity
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
