Job Description

BJR Creations is looking for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer who can design trendy and market-ready apparel. The candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and current fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative clothing designs according to market trends.

• Develop sketches and design concepts for new collections.

• Select appropriate fabrics, colors, prints, and trims.

• Coordinate with tailors and production teams for sampling and production.

• Ensure proper fitting and quality of garments.

• Conduct market research to stay updated with latest fashion trends.

• Work on design modifications based on feedback.

Required Skills

• Strong creativity and design sense.

• Knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.

• Ability to create sketches and design layouts.

• Basic knowledge of fashion design software is an advantage.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Designing or related field.

Other Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in fashion or garment industry.

• Ability to manage multiple designs and meet deadlines.
