CAD PATTERN MASTER-LUDHIANA

Position Details Experience Required: 5-10 years in CAD pattern making.

Key Areas to Be Handled:- Proficient in women's wear pattern making (mandatory)

.- Hands-on experience with CAD sample pattern creation and plotting.

Software Expertise

Required:- Advanced proficiency in Morgan Software or Optitex.

Experience in handling CAD-based automation tools for efficient pattern generation.

Position Reports to: Design Manager

Position Overview This role requires a highly skilled CAD Pattern Master to develop, manage, and finalize women's wear patterns efficiently and accurately. The candidate must be innovative and demonstrate exceptional proficiency in modern pattern-making technologies and tools.

Primary Requirements

:- Strong knowledge of pattern grading and marker planning

.- Ability to collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure product consistency and quality

.- Proficiency in troubleshooting and refining designs.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Develop accurate patterns based on technical packs and design specifications.  

2. Plot and optimize patterns for maximum material efficiency.

 3. Collaborate closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of patterns into the production process.

4. Maintain a library of digital patterns for future use.

5. Train team members on CAD tools as required.

Qualification Requirements Education:-

Required: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or a related field.-

Preferred: Certification in CAD pattern-making software.

Skills & Experience

:- Required: - Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern engineering.

 - Expertise in creating patterns for women's apparel with CAD tools.-

Preferred:

- Knowledge of advanced material properties and their impact on pattern development.
