Develop embroidery artwork according to buyer and product requirements.
Prepare designs suitable for computerized embroidery machines.
Select appropriate stitches, patterns, threads, colors, and embellishment techniques.
Coordinate with embroidery punchers and machine operators for design execution.
Modify and finalize designs based on samples, buyer feedback, and production requirements.
Ensure embroidery designs are production-friendly and cost-effective.
Develop new embroidery patterns, motifs, borders, neck designs, sleeves, and all-over designs.
Check embroidery samples for design accuracy, finishing, placement, and quality.
Maintain proper records of approved designs and revisions.
Coordinate with Fashion Design, Sampling, Production, and Quality teams.
Ensure designs are completed within agreed timelines.
Stay updated with current fashion and embroidery trends.
