Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new clothing collections in line with brand aesthetics.

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, colors, and trims.

• Manage the complete process from concept, fabric sourcing, and pattern making to final execution.

• Interact with customers, understand their preferences, and customize designs accordingly.

• Oversee the studio operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management.

• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and bring innovative ideas to the brand.

Job Skills Required:

• Creativity and strong fashion sense.

• Knowledge of fabrics, materials, embroidery, and garment construction.

• Sketching and fashion illustration skills.

• Pattern making and draping techniques.

• Strong visualization and detailing ability.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to manage studio operations independently.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, design software is a plus).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer.

• Passion for fashion with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle customers with professionalism and creativity.
