Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Create original fashion designs, including sketches, prototypes, and production-ready designs.

2. Trend Forecasting: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, predicting future trends and incorporating them into designs.

3. Pattern Making: Develop patterns and prototypes for fashion designs, ensuring fit, quality, and production feasibility.

4. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales to ensure design alignment with business objectives.

5. Design Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and design teams.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a senior or lead role.

2. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creativity.

3. Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD).

4. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

1. Fashion Industry Knowledge: Understanding of fashion industry trends, production processes, and market demands.
