Role Description The Assistant Fashion Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves supporting senior designers in developing collections, creating design concepts, and preparing technical sketches and specifications. Daily tasks include coordinating fabric and trim sourcing, assisting with sample development, and participating in fittings to ensure garments meet design and quality standards. The Assistant Fashion Designer will work closely with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams to align designs with manufacturing capabilities and brand requirements. The role also includes maintaining design documentation, tracking samples, and staying updated on fashion trends, textiles, and market preferences.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Fashion Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in apparel design, trend research, technical drawings, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop trend-driven apparel collections for domestic and international markets.

• Create detailed sketches and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator.

• Research fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and market developments.

• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams for product development.

• Review samples and ensure designs meet quality, fit, and design specifications.

• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on design concepts and revisions.

• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of designs and samples.

• Guide junior team members and contribute to improving design processes.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in fashion/apparel design.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and technical drawing.

• Good understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes.

• Strong creative, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience working with domestic and/or international fashion brands will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Fashion Designer job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
