We are hiring a Junior Fashion Designer for *Designer Blouse / Wedding Kurta Manufacturer* in *Vasai Road (West), Palghar.**Job Summary:*We are seeking a *Junior Fashion Designer* for Vasai (West), Palghar. The ideal candidate will assist in the development of seasonal collections, from initial concept through final production, while learning the ins and outs of the fashion design process. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and eager to grow their career in the industry.*Key Responsibilities:** Assist in designing and developing seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and current trends.* Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.* Research trends, fabrics, trims, and colors to support concept development.* Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and the production team.* Participate in fittings and provide input on garment construction and fit.* Maintain organized records of design specs, fabric swatches, and production samples.* Support Senior Designers in preparing for presentations, meetings, and fashion shows.* Assist with quality checks and revisions throughout the sample and production process.*Requirements:** 2 Years Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.* 0–2 years of experience in fashion design (internships included).* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).* Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric types.* Eye for color, shape, and trends.* Excellent communication and time management skills.* Willingness to learn and take direction, while also showing initiative.*Preferred Qualifications:** Prior internship or experience with a fashion brand or retailer.* Knowledge of CAD software or 3D fashion tools.* Basic sewing and pattern-making skills.Salary Up to 20K per month (Depending on the suitable candidate) Please share your updated CV to jobs@desaitalenthub.com or WhatsApp in +919167519353
