Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing process to ensure smooth and efficient production aligned with Tizzi’s high standards of quality, sustainability, and design. You will be responsible for managing teams, maintaining timelines, and ensuring that each garment upholds our luxury promise.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
End-to-End Production Oversight: Manage the full production cycle, from cutting to stitching to final quality checks.
Team Management: Supervise tailors, quality controllers, and support staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
Quality Assurance: Maintain Tizzi’s commitment to premium quality by inspecting materials and finished products meticulously.
Fabric Knowledge: Understand and work with luxury fabrics, especially Italian regenerated materials, ensuring proper handling and care.
Sustainability Compliance: Ensure sustainable practices are upheld at every stage of the production process.
Timeline & Workflow Management: Ensure timely completion of production orders without compromising quality.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with fabric suppliers, dyeing units, and other stakeholders when necessary.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any production-related issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Production Supervisor in garment manufacturing, preferably in luxury or swimwear.
Strong knowledge of stretch fabrics, especially regenerated or sustainable materials.
Hands-on approach with an eye for detail and design.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and team expectations simultaneously.
Familiarity with ethical and sustainable production practices is a strong advantage.
Diploma or degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field preferred.
