Fashion Designer – Sportswear & Activewear

Athflex Private Limited is looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our team and design innovative sportswear, gym wear, activewear, and athleisure collections aligned with market trends and our brand identity. The role involves conceptualizing, developing, and creating functional yet stylish garments using both manual and computer-aided design techniques.

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities

Design sportswear, gym wear, activewear, and athleisure collections based on current fashion and fitness industry trends.
Create design concepts, sketches, technical drawings, and garment specifications.
Research activewear trends, performance fabrics, trims, color palettes, and customer preferences.
Develop mood boards, tech packs, and design presentations.
Coordinate with production and sampling teams for prototype and sample development.
Assist in garment fittings, revisions, and final approvals.
Ensure designs meet functionality, comfort, durability, and performance requirements for fitness and sports activities.
Maintain design documentation and seasonal collection records.
Work with CAD software and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
6 months to 3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in sportswear, activewear, gym wear, or athleisure.
Strong understanding of performance fabrics, garment construction, pattern making, and activewear trends.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CAD tools.
Creative mindset with strong sketching and visualization skills.
Knowledge of embroidery, stitching, and garment finishing techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively with merchandising and production teams.
