We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Fashion Consultant who has good knowledge of blouse stitching, measurements, fabrics, current fashion trends, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Consultation: Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions, and design expectations.

• Stitching Knowledge: Possess practical knowledge of blouse stitching, construction, fitting, and finishing.

• Measurement Taking: Take accurate body measurements and understand fitting adjustments for customized blouses.

• Fabric Knowledge: Have good knowledge of fabrics, linings, materials, and their suitability for different blouse designs.

• Fashion Trends: Stay updated on current fashion trends, bridal blouse designs, embroidery patterns, neck designs, sleeve styles, and designer collections.

• Selling Skills: Recommend suitable designs, fabrics, and customization options to customers and achieve sales targets.

• Customer Handling: Build strong customer relationships, handle queries professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Design Coordination: Coordinate with the stitching and embroidery teams to communicate customer requirements accurately.

• Order Management: Maintain customer measurements, design details, order records, delivery timelines, and follow-ups.

• Upselling: Suggest suitable add-ons and premium customization options based on customer preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion consulting, designer boutiques, bridal wear, or customized blouse sales.

• Good knowledge of blouse stitching techniques and fitting.

• Expertise in taking accurate measurements.

• Strong selling, communication, and customer-handling skills.

• Good knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and designer blouse patterns.

• Awareness of current fashion trends and bridal collections.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs.
