Key Responsibilities
1. Team Handling & Leadership
Lead and manage a team of Fashion Advisors
Train team members on customer handling, design knowledge, and sales techniques
Monitor daily performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
Support the team in handling high-value bridal customers
2. Customer Consultation
Personally handle premium / bridal clients
Understand bride’s requirements, wedding theme, and saree details
Suggest suitable blouse designs, patterns, and embroidery styles
Ensure excellent customer experience from consultation to delivery
3. Design Guidance
Guide customers using samples, catalogs, and embroidery references
Stay updated with latest bridal blouse trends and train the team
Ensure design recommendations match customer body type and occasion
4. Measurements & Order Management
Supervise accurate measurement taking by the team
Ensure all design details are properly recorded in order sheets
Monitor order flow from booking to delivery
Coordinate with tailoring and embroidery teams for timely execution
5. Sales & Revenue Management
Drive sales conversion and achieve monthly targets
Handle pricing discussions and finalize orders
Track enquiries and ensure proper follow-ups
Improve upselling (premium embroidery, add-ons, etc.)
6. Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with brides and repeat clients
Handle escalations and customer complaints professionally
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive feedback
7. Coordination & Operations
Act as a bridge between customers, designers, tailors, and embroidery team
Ensure quality control before delivery
Update customers on trial schedules and delivery timelines
Maintain smooth workflow in the showroom
Required Skills

Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Fashion Designing (preferred)
Minimum 1–5 years experience in boutique / bridal studio / tailoring unit
Prior experience in team handling or senior role is mandatory
Additional Requirements (Preferred)
Experience in bridal wear / Aari work / hand embroidery
Ability to manage high-end bridal clients
Strong sense of design aesthetics
